Holiday preparation often creates stress and anxiety. This also coincides with the colder weather, which—as Torontonians know—only messes with the natural moisture of our skin and hair. Both of these factors happen to keep people indoors more often, leading to a plethora of illnesses that tend to circulate around the office or classroom and then transfer to home. So good luck out there, folks! Try staying over the weather this year by taking your vitamins, eating your fruits and veggies, getting enough fresh air, exercising, sleeping, and investing in some germ-blocking surgical masks. It doesn't hurt to try some fun new products and makeup either though.
